Economic Empowerment
Building financial independence and entrepreneurial skills for girls and young women with disabilities across Kenya.
Building Financial Independence
We believe economic empowerment is central to the well-being of girls and young women. Girls and young women with disabilities face compounded barriers — limited education, discrimination, and lack of professional networks — that lock them out of economic opportunities.
Through targeted training and support, we equip participants with entrepreneurship skills, financial literacy, digital tools, and job-linkage support, enabling them to build sustainable livelihoods on their own terms.
All our training is designed to be accessible and inclusive, accounting for diverse disability needs, so that every participant can fully engage and benefit.
